THERMOCOUPLE ACCURACY TEST

•Placed both our thermocouple and a comparison thermocouple in beaker of beer heated to 92° C

•Took measurement on both thermocouples every time the comparison thermocouple fell 2° C

•Some of the deviation can be attributed to a latency in our thermocouple readings
